Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are prepared for dispatch on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or hilly areas (J&K, North East, Andaman & Nicobar, etc.) may take up to 7–10 working days.
We ship via Trackon Couriers. You can track your shipment on the Trackon website using the tracking number sent to your email.
Once dispatched, your tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.

If your order includes both product types, you will receive two separate packages with two tracking numbers. Arrival dates may differ by 1–2 days — this is completely normal and expected.
